Three and four night weekend and midweek breaks are offered out of season at 65 per cent and 80 per cent of the weekly normal price.
Three and four night weekend and midweek breaks are also available in the peak and mid seasons but the full weekly rate will normally be charged.

Arrival and departure
Arrival and departure days for weekly or fortnightly bookings are Fridays.
The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Departure will be by 10am on the day of departure.
Short breaks holidays are for three nights starting Fridays (weekend) or four nights (mid week) starting Mondays. In high season short break holidays can only be made a maximum of four weeks in advance.
You will receive detailed direction instructions and details of where the keys can be found when the final payment has been made.
Payment
We request that 30 percent of the cottage hire value – total cost of cottage hire for holiday period - is made by cheque made out to the owner, Mr Lee Waite, at the time of booking. The balance is payable two months (56 days) before the arrival day. For bookings made within the two month period the full amount will be payable immediately on booking. Final payment details will be detailed in the confirmation letter which will be sent on receipt of the initial payment.
The price as shown includes towels and bed linen. Electricity and basic services are also included.
Cancellation and insurance
The owners do not expect to have to make any changes to a booking once confirmed but if an unexpected problem occurs the owners will endeavour to find similar accommodation locally until the situation has been rectified. If the problem is outside the owner’s control – Force Majeure – ie fire, flood, extreme weather conditions - they will still seek to find alternative accommodation but will not be liable for any changes, cancellations, loss or damage suffered by the client or for any failure by the owners to perform their respective obligations. It is expected that the client will take out insurance to cover the cost of such eventuality.
It is expected that the client will take out appropriate insurance to cover the cost of any cancellation.
Cancellation charges are – more than 56 days – lose deposit, after 56 days lose 90 per cent of booking value ie ten percent refund.
